    The Six-Month Executive Consulting Program includes twelve one-on-one sessions designed to help you address the most pressing challenges in your practice and leadership role—thoughtfully, strategically, and with lasting impact.

    We begin with a clear assessment of where you are now and what matters most, then move into focused, executive-level work that may include:

    • A structured intake to understand your current state and priority needs

    • A visioning session to clarify long-term direction and near-term goals

    • Assessment of people leadership, team dynamics, and engagement

    • Financial review, pricing strategy, and key performance indicators compared to industry benchmarks

    • Targeted resources, tools, and skill-building for long-term application

    Most importantly, you gain a trusted thought partner—someone who helps you think clearly, make confident decisions, and move forward with intention. This program is designed for practice owners and leaders who want steady progress, grounded strategy, and fewer decisions made in isolation.

  • The onsite assessment is an optional add-on to the Executive Consulting program for practice owners who want deeper insight and faster alignment.

    Over three days on site, we assess leadership dynamics, team engagement, workflows, and operational realities through direct observation, structured conversations, and targeted review. This work surfaces strengths, friction points, and blind spots that are difficult to see from inside the day-to-day.

    The result is clarity, not guesswork.
    You gain a shared, objective view of what’s really happening across the practice, allowing executive consulting and coaching to stay targeted, relevant, and focused on the changes that will have the greatest impact.
